Hello and welcome to my restoration and rebuild of a 1963 Austin Healey Sprite. I plan to rebuild it into a Sebring Fastback Sprite replica as built by the great John Sprinzel.
I had heard about the car while talking to a friend about classic cars.  He said he knew of an old Healey in a garage, and with a bit of investigating I was on the trail, and finally got the car back home in September 2012.

I have managed to get hold of a 1959 Frogeye which i am going to use as the basis for the Sebring build instead of the "63" Sprite, mainly because its a Mk1 and it was a "1 Lady owner car" with every bit of history with it including correspondence  from Donald Healey Motor Co.

Thomas Frohn has built this superb Sebring Coupé from an accident-damaged Frogeye which he bought for parts in 1994. Painted Porsche Mint Green and registered for the road as a 1961 car with a 1275cc engine, it has an 8-port cylinder head, twin Weber carburettors, and a Toyota 5-speed gearbox.
